Our single and tiered cakes are covered in fondant icing, buttercream or chocolate ganache.

Underneath the fondant icing they are covered with a thin layer of chocolate ganache, or marzipan (for fruit cake). This provides the foundation for a smooth, flawless finish and sharp edges, as well as keeping the cakes moist.
